- The North Edmonton Seniors Association, originally formed as the Northgate Senior Citizens Association (NSCA), is an independent, non-profit society formed in 1978 to provide "recreational, social, educational, and health-related programs and services for seniors (age 55+ years)." NESA is the largest seniors organization in Edmonton, responsible for providing Edmonton's most comprehensive older adult recreational and social program. NESA's success speaks for itself.
